Llamar is a large, stocky, muscular human male who wields a spiked chain and seems to have command of a small crew of working class thugs in Sigil. He is a member of the Society of the Black Lotus and seems to be a warrior trained in arts more exotic than the traditional fighter.

He was encountered, and defeated, in the Rise of the Swift's secret base near Sylvania. He seemed to be overseeing the Swift's slaving operations, but was slain in combat with the PCs after they infiltrated and assaulted the building to free their captured slaves.(The story so far)

Later, his followers tried to exact revenge on the party by working with Mindflayer assassin Yarrick Zan. (11)
