Lady Simone du Bouvoire(Magistrate)
Lady Simone du Bouvoire is a magistrate in Sigil, belonging to the Bleak Cabal faction. She was chosen to be the judge for the extradition trial of the Party when they were charged with aiding smugglers in Rigus. The Black Lotus was worried that the judge would rule in the Party's favour, so had her captured from her house by The Evil Party.
The Planeswalkers were able to rescue her before the trial was to begin (she was slain in the process by Jeb, but the Party used their own money to raise her) and were exonerated as a result.(22)
She lives in the the Greenwall District of Sigil, an area surrounded by walls and guarded gates. She is a contact of Reinhalt's
