Giovanni is the leader of the Brotherhood Janko in the Outlands city of Torch. He is not an actual contact of the party, but they have made mutually beneficial business arrangements.

The Party agreed to bring a letter from Giovanni to Badurth at the Festhall of Falling Coins. The Party then aided Giovanni, along with two other gangs, The Kindred of Yoj and The Fire Kings, in taking down the (Black Lotus affiliated) Gray Orb. Afterwards, Giovanni double crossed the two recently allied gangs, and was nearly assassinated, but escaped death with help from the party. The other two gangs then besieged the Brotherhood in the dungeon of the Black Lotus under the Gray Orb's headquarters. The Brotherhood prevailed with the help of the Party.

The Party receives a cut of Giovanni's business (15%) in return for their aid (18, 19, 20).

More recently, Helga Slaughter and the Army in Ysgard helped The Brotherhood when they were being extorted for money by Tiamat's Chosen.(26)
