Ollie is a young tiefling, 16 years of age, with ash gray skin, blood red eyes, and tiny horns protruding from his forehead. He lives in the Hive, and like most Hive children, he is an orphan. He makes his living by picking pockets in the streets, along with a band of younger children he leads.

Ollie and his group live in a run-down old church on Bedlam Run, in the shadow of the Gatehouse. The owner of the church is a blind, senile old man. The children provide him with some of the food they buy (or steal) in exchange for the cover he helps provide.

Life as a young orphan in the worst of Sigil's slums has give Ollie a cynical, jaded view of life in spite of his young age. He has a hard time understanding kindness and generosity, having seen so little of it, and usually suspects any attempts at friendship by adults is only a prelude to getting something they want, or exploiting him for their own gain.

Ollie is currently a contact to Helga Slaughter, and a follower of Bishop Von Figaro. As a follower of the Bishop's, his abilities may be found under his list of NPC contacts

- Once per in-game week, Ollie can send his gang of street urchins to either cause a distraction or to attempt to pick a target's pockets. Ollie and his urchins are based in Sylvania, but they can venture into Sigil if asked to. - Instead of calling on the street urchins, Ollie can instead provide information equivalent to a successful Knowledge (local) check about any goings on in the Hive Ward once per in-game week.
