Helga first became friends with Abraxis during the Party's time spent in the Plains of Ida in Ysgard, at Densahl's Challenge. The two enjoyed sparring together at the time, although Abraxis decidedly had the advantage due to his strength and size.

Abraxis later joined the Army in Ysgard, and played a large role in the Army's defeat over Tiamat's Chosen during their training exercise in Torch (26)
