=====Non-Disclosure Agreement=====

I, the reader, (Signature: __..........__) herein for after referred to as the Reader, acknowledge that by reading this document I enter into an agreement with the writer  (Signature: //__Reinhalt Umborian__//) herein for after referred to as the Writer, and do solemnly swear by all the gods in all the planes and upon my freedom, livelihood and possessions that I will not disclose the contents of this document and that I will honor the terms described herein to the best of my ability, recognizing that failure to do so is a breach of this agreement that will render me liable for any damages incurred by the Writer or associated parties, and that in absence of a signature I implicitly consent to this non-disclosure agreement and the penalties of breaching it, in accordance with the laws of Sigil.

=====Terms and Conditions=====

The following provisions constitute a legally binding agreement under Sigil law, and failure to honor the terms described herein are actionable against the injured party:

In light of recent events, I feel it has become necessary for me to keep a record of my exploits. Reader, should I go missing for more than a year from the last entry recorded herein, please use this record to track down my remains. Should you do so, and thereupon return a portion of said remains to the Barristers’ registry in the clerk ward of Sigil along with a note that reads “these are the remains of the Barrister Reinhalt Umborian”, and provide them with the policy number 0933672A, you will be awarded an emolument of 1000 gold pieces, in addition to reimbursement for all documented and verifiable reasonable expenses not exceeding 3000 gold pieces, upon my successful resurrection.  The necessary arrangements for the aforementioned resurrection have been prepared, and will be carried out through the auspices of the Barrister’s registry of Sigil upon successful delivery of my remains, as described above. In accordance with the non-disclosure agreement on the first page of this document, should the Reader disclose any information recorded herein to a third party not involved in the recovery of the remains in question or the requisite resurrection, this agreement will be rendered null and void and the Reader will forfeit all claims to monetary compensation for his or her efforts. In the event that the Barrister’s registry is unable to carry out the provisions of the policy in question and resurrect the Writer, the Reader will be compensated in full in addition to receiving the compensation described above, should he or she through his or her own ingenuity resurrect the Writer by other means. Should these actions result in the reincarnation of the Writer, a lesser emolument of 500 gold pieces will be paid to the Reader instead of the aforementioned 1000 gold piece award. No compensation will be given for reanimating the Writer in a necromantic fashion that results in a lack of sentience.
